Our Mission
At Inclusive Plan Management, our mission is to provide high quality, individualised support to help NDIS participants effectively manage the funding in their NDIS plan.
What is a Plan Manager?
A Plan Manager is essentially your very own NDIS funded accountant who will help you manage your funding and pay your invoices. If you choose to have your funding plan-managed (rather than self-managed or agency-managed), the NDIA will include funding in your plan to cover the cost of having a Plan Manager.
The Benefits of Having a Plan Manager are:
Know in real time how much funding you have remaining in your NDIS plan.
Being able to choose any provider to support you (including NDIS registered and non NDIS registered providers) as long as they do not exceed the maximum NDIS Price Guide rates.
Answer any questions you have relating to your NDIS funding.

Financial Administration Officer
Nathan Jones has been with IDA since October 2021. As the Financial Administration Officer, he oversees and allocates payments for Plan Managed clients, working closely with Finance Administrator Brodie Chapman to ensure individuals receive the supports and services they need. With a background in Business Management from Queensland University of Technology, Nathan values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through his work in the NDIS, enhancing clients’ quality of life. He appreciates the independence his role offers and finds fulfilment in contributing to a small but dedicated team.
